How does an oil spray bottle cut down the smoke?
When you free-pour oil, you almost always use more than the pan needs, and the excess pools in the centre where it overheats and smokes. The PureMist pumps ordinary cooking oil through a fine nozzle so one or two presses lay down a thin, even coat across the whole surface. Less oil sitting on high heat means far less of it burning off, which is what feeds most of that stovetop smoke.
Is it easy to use, or is it fiddly to prime?
It is simple. Fill the reservoir with your oil, screw the top back on, then press the pump around 3 to 5 times to build pressure the first time you use it. After that a single press releases a mist and it stays primed between meals. There is nothing to plug in, charge or set up, so you can fill it and use it on the same night it arrives.
How many sprays do you get before a refill?

How do I keep it clean?
Wipe the outside with a clean cloth whenever oil builds up on the body. Every couple of refills, rinse the reservoir with warm soapy water and pump a little warm water through the nozzle to clear any residue so the mist stays fine and even. Let it dry fully before you refill it with oil and it will keep spraying cleanly for the long term.
